Li Bing Bing as Ada Wong in Resident Evil: Retribution

Li Bing Bing, the white haired witch in Rob Minkoff's Forbidden Kingdom, is a Chinese megastar but she is relatively unknown outside China and Asia. This looks to be changing since she is taking her highest profile Hollywood role yet: 39 years old actress will play Ada Wong, a character from the game, in the new installment of Resident Evil movies : Resident Evil: Retribution.  In the movie, Li Bing Bing (Ada), held captive by the Umbrella-controlled Jill Valentine, fights against Jill and Bad Rain, together with Alice

Ada Wong was first introduced in Capcoms Resident Evil 2 (1998) video game as a supporting character. She is widely regarded as one of the most popular female characters in the series, alongside Jill Valentine, and also as one of the most attractive female characters in video games but this is the first time she has been included in the Resident Evil movies.[1] Since the character is of Chinese heritage, it was natural for a Chinese star to give life to her in the movies.

Resident Evil: Retribution is now in cinemas in Singapore including Shaw Lido IMAX movie theater in Singapore.
