Japanese porn actor Masaki Koh has died from appendicitis and peritonitis at the age of 29. It is reported that Masaki Koh suffered from appendicitis but because he was afraid of leaving scars, he refused surgery and only gone for conservative treatment. Unfortunately his condition has led him to fatal complications and finally to a tragic death.
According to Chinese news sources, Koh had been delaying surgery due to concern of having body scars which will affect his future film projects. All this time he had been adopting conservative remedies as treatment for his condition. According to this Japanese wikipedia page, he delayed his appendicitis treatment for his show in BKK during Song Kran this year (April). His partner, Tien Tien has announced Masaki’s death:
Masaki Koh (真崎航) was born in July 20th 1983 in Tokyo Japan and is a famous gay AV actor. He made his movie debut in September 2009 and in just three years he has signed with eight gay video companies and has been featured in more than 85 movies! With his very good looks, he has made a lot of men and women fans in Asia.
He has passed away today on May 18th, 2013.

The tragic news has been announced by his partner, Tien Tien, who revealed that Koh was receiving treatments from a ruptured cecal (which is considered the beginning of the large intestine) due to peritonitis and has had surgery several times since last month.
This is a sad day not only for us but also for his family, partner, and friends who have always supported his career. We will always love you Koh Masaki.
